Since Sindhu EduTech provides digital courses, online programs, recorded sessions and downloadable educational content, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable.

1. No Refund Policy

Sindhu EduTech follows a strict No Refund Policy.

  • Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
  • Payments made towards any course, program, study material, or digital content are non-refundable.
  • Access to digital content is considered delivered immediately after purchase.
  • No refund requests will be accepted due to change of mind, personal reasons, lack of usage, or scheduling conflicts.
Applies to all digital offerings including Online Courses, PDFs, Notes, Certificate Programs, Recorded Sessions and Lifetime Access Programs.

2. No Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after successful purchase.
  • Course registrations cannot be withdrawn for a refund.
  • Deleting an account does not make a purchase eligible for refund.
  • No partial refunds or credit transfers will be provided.

3. Processing Time Clause

As Sindhu EduTech does not provide refunds or cancellations, no refund processing timeline is applicable.

In cases involving duplicate transactions, payment gateway failures, or banking issues, the resolution process is handled directly by the respective bank or payment service provider.

4. Exceptional Technical Cases

Refund consideration may only arise in rare technical situations where:

  • Payment has been successfully deducted.
  • Course access has not been granted.
  • Sindhu EduTech is unable to provide access after verification.
Auto-reversal is generally processed by the bank or payment gateway within 5–7 business days.
